A strong point of our Jupiter solution is the combination of innovative technology and elegant design: this time, however, the site that the parking serves is of unparalleled beauty!
One of our most recent projects serves in fact Castello di Santa Severa, an archaeological and tourist site along the Tyrrhenian coast north of Rome, very well known in the Lazio region and in the community of sport travellets - surfers, mainly.
The parking structure has been completely renovated and automated, in order to optimize the availability of 8500 square meters for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians with reserved areas for each category. Transit is easy and clearly indicated with a PGS system for all visitors, especially for those driving a vehicle or a motorcycle - or a van, which is very popular among surfers: along the access driveway, signage accompanies from the main road - the Aurelia - to the automated parking area.
The Jupiter solution integrates the access barrier, the pay station, and the entire JMS remote management system that allows the Castle staff to monitor and assist visitors in the parking area.
The installation was completed in time to welcome guests to the hostel and cultural initiatives of the 2021 summer season despite an unexpected archaeological discovery during excavation for the pay station installation: the skeleton of an ancient Roman!
We are sure that visitors will be impressed more by the splendid view of the castle and the archaeological anecdote linked to the excavations than by the parking lot: it is so efficient and well integrated into the experience of the visit that one hardly notices it.
